I have been fortunate. I was young when the country was young, and we grew into our own together. Being in the building construction industry meant that I was able to contribute to the development of India, Singapore & USA infrastructure, which is something I am immensely proud of. 

My start in life is not unlike many in my generation. I became a construction apprentice in my teenage years and by 1996 was a sub-contractor. I started my own Interior designing & construction company around 1999 and in 2003 became part of the newly set up Emerald Twinkle Star roofs D.B.A., Reddy's Construction.

Today, Reddy's Construction has an impressive track record of excellence in all segments of the construction service. As a leader in the industry, we have earned the reputation for providing high quality services for building construction works in both public and private projects. 

I'll tell you the secret of our success. Always hold on to your values, in both good times and bad. Hold yourself with integrity, conduct your business honestly and with prudence, work on all your projects with passion and sincerity, deliver only high quality results and protect site staff by ensuring their safety. This philosophy has governed us for the last fifteen years and will continue to do so for many more to come. 

Looking forward, 2007 is likely to be a year of slow growth when we started our new branch in New York, USA. During this time, our young management team would have to adopt a more pragmatic, diligent and innovative approach to continue leading the company towards more successes in the future. 

There will be challenging times ahead of us, but I have no doubt that we will strive and overcome the obstacles. With realistic outlook of our capabilities and holding steadfast to our values, Reddy's Construction will continue to grow from strength to strength.
